📦 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after your purchase. During holidays, sales, or special events, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer standard shipping via USPS or UPS within the United States.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions — be sure to subscribe to our emails or texts to stay in the loop.

📍 Local Pickup

Live nearby? We offer in-store pickup at our Warsaw location. You’ll see the option at checkout. We’ll send a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup.

🌎 Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand in the future!

💌 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves our hands and is scanned by the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or shipping issues. However, we’re happy to assist in locating your package or helping you file a claim if needed — just reach out to us at mailto:hello@shopthecove.co.

🧾 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow the journey of your package all the way to your door.
